Location

On April 7, 2009, the Boston Museum submitted a proposal to the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority for construction of the Museum (with a ground-floor Boston Community Marketplace) on Central Artery Parcel 9. The site is located on Boston's historic Freedom Trail, adjacent to the Blackstone Block and the Haymarket Pushcart Association market.
